Case Manager – (Full-Time)

  • Continually increase the number of fully enrolled new patients ready to complete their recommended treatment program.
  • Reports to Senior Manager and VP of Operations
  • Operates in a high pace medical office, focusing on a niche market, highly respected in our industry. Consultation will be performed face-to-face with patient and supporting family members within the Case Manager’s office.
  • Fully memorizing all scripts relating to enrollment including:
    • Report of Findings for all services
    • Dinner Talk Presentation
    • Outbound and Enrollment Calls Scripts
    • Initial consult script
    • Training with their supervisor for minimum 1 hour per week
    • Record all Report of Findings and review for continual improvement
    • Outbound calls to pending leads for the office
  • Limited travel except for training and requested coverage in other offices. Dinner Talk travel is expected to locally scheduled restaurants.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Required education and experience: Minimum of 5+ years of previous new business development/sales experience, Customer Service Experience, High school diploma.
  • Preferred education and experience—10+ years in new business development and sales experience. Associates or Bachelor of Arts degree. One call close, sale, B2C.

Interventional Pain – MD/DO

  • Personal injury experience not required but preferred 
  • Responding to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
  • Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
  • Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
  • Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
  • Keeping up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
  • Diagnosing diseases, illnesses, and/or conditions
  • Assessing the need for therapies and/or medicines and prescribing them
  • Providing information to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
  • Monitoring patient progress and response to therapies and/or treatments
  • Maintaining patient records and accurate information.

Chiropractic Physician (part-time and full-time)

  • Assess the medical condition and perform physical examinations.
  • Diagnose health problems by reviewing patients’ health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and interpreting x-rays.
  • Diagnosing and treating disorders and ailments.
  • Provide musculoskeletal therapy.
  • Keeping accurate, confidential patient records.
  • Refer patients to other medical specialists if needed.
  • Assessing and planning treatment requirements.
  • Providing education and advice about lifestyle, exercise, and movement.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in the profession.

Sports Medicine / Emergency Medicine Physician

  • Diagnosing and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system
  • Ordering lab tests or diagnostic imaging procedures and analyzing results
  • Performing physical examinations and recording patient’s medical histories
  • Examining injured patients to advise treatment plans and determine readiness for competition
  • Supervising the rehabilitation of injured patients
  • Prescribing medication for the treatment of patient’s injuries
  • Educating patients about nutrition, hydration, exercise regimens, and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist

  • Reviewing patients’ medical histories
  •  Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • · Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • · Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
  • · Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • · Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
  • · Educating patients about the recovery process

Physical Therapist Assistant

  • Work with us as part of a team to provide physical therapy services.
  • PTAs implement selected components of patient/client interventions.
  • Obtain data related to the interventions provided.
  • Make modifications in selected interventions.
  • Assist physical therapist in the treatment of individuals

Licensed Massage Therapist (part-time and full-time)

  • Perform quality massage therapy sessions.
  • Design specific sessions based on patients’ individual needs.
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits of patients’ receiving regularly scheduled chiropractic and massage therapy.
  • Create excellent experiences for patients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Generate new patient referrals by promoting chiropractic and massage.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
  • Assess clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
  • Performed Registered Chiropractic Assistant Duties.
  • Provide courses of treatment for medical conditions and injuries or wellness maintenance.
  • Provides therapy to the patients based on the Doctor’s therapy Script
  • May perform injury-specific soft tissue mobilization to include, but not limited to, trigger point therapy and PNF stretching.
  • Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information
  • Maintain clinical documentation of therapies performed and provided.

Physician Assistant

  • Promotes and maintains patient health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician.
  • Contributes to a physician’s efficiency by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues.
  • Recommends options and courses of action for patient care.
  • Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examination including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
  • Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and laboratory studies and interpreting test results.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Instructs and counsels patients by providing normal growth and development information and providing counseling on emotional problems of daily living.
  • Provides community of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; and enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
  • Develops health care team staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experimental growth opportunities.

ARNP – Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

  • Performing physical exams and patient observations.
  • Recording patients’ medical histories and symptoms.
  • Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
  • Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnosing health issues.
  • Administering medicine and other treatments.
  • Detecting changes in patients’ health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
  • Consulting with healthcare professionals and families.
  • Training patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
  • Refers patients to specialists if necessary and analyzes medical records and reports


  • Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Maintain the reception area.
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Maintained patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
